Booking Policy
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be cleared at least 21 days prior to the travel date. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure incur a 25% charge, 15–29 days incur 50%, and within 14 days are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Refund Policy
Eligible refunds are processed within 15–20 working days to the original payment method. Government taxes and third-party non-refundable components are excluded from refunds.

Visa Disclaimer
Visa assistance is provided as a facilitation service. The grant or rejection of a visa is at the sole discretion of the respective consulate. Visa fees are non-refundable.

Hotel Policies
Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 12:00 PM. Room categories are subject to availability. Any early check-in or late check-out is chargeable directly by the hotel.

Flight Policies
Flight timings and fares are subject to airline confirmation and may change. Any fare difference due to delayed ticketing will be borne by the traveller.
