Booking Policy
25% advance required to confirm the booking. The balance must be cleared 15 days prior to the travel date.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days: 25% retention. 15–29 days: 50%. 7–14 days: 75%. Under 7 days: 100% retention.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
Visa Disclaimer
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the embassy. Fees once paid are non-refundable in any case.
Hotel Policies
Standard check-in 14:00, check-out 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
